Sales Taxes:
Texas Residents are required to pay and we collect Texas
State Sales Taxes at the rate of 6.25%. Local sales taxes are the
responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping and Insurance:
Your purchase will be insured and shipped to you via UPS. If required, we will ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that for security reasons we do not ship diamond jewelry on Friday afternoons.
Foreign Shipments:
We do not ship to foreign countries. We will ship to U.S. military
personnel stationed overseas via the U.S. military postal system.
Terms of Sale:
The following is a brief summarization of our terms of sale policies:
- We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal,
wire or electronic transfer. For wire or electronic transfers please
contact our
Customer Service Department
for instructions.
- All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
- All applicable state, local, federal and international taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
- Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified.
- Orders are usually shipped within three business days.
- Shipping and insurance charges apply to all orders unless otherwise
specified.
- Shipping is free for all orders over $500.00 shipped to lower 48
address's
- We do not ship on major US holidays and we do not ship diamonds on
Fridays for security reasons.
- All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- If you are not satisfied
with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within
30 days of receipt.
- All items to be returned must have an authorization number, please
contact our Customer Service Department
for instructions.
- Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are permitted, please contact our Customer Service Department
for instructions.
- Shipping is not refundable.
- We do not guarantee any
product's fitness for intended use.

Returns:
Your satisfaction is our highest priority and is 100%
guaranteed. If you are not fully satisfied and would like to either exchange or return your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department
and we will send you return instructions. You may return the item Prepaid in its Original Condition--Unused and Undamaged, within 30 (thirty) days of receipt for credit or exchange. DO NOT attempt to return items
without FIRST contacting us for instructions. All items, original packaging materials and paperwork must be returned for full credit. Please note that customized (engraved or sized) or special order items are not returnable or exchangeable.
For your protection, we suggest you utilize the following procedure:
- Contact our
Customer Service Department by email for a return confirmation letter and
complete return instructions. Include a copy of the return authorization letter inside the shipping container. Packages without the return confirmation letter will not be accepted.
- Ship your return to us via U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail with a return receipt.
- Insure the shipment for the value of the full purchase price of the merchandise. Uninsured packages will not be accepted.
- Your shipment will be inspected by an independent GIA Certified Gemologist. An independent licensed GIA Certified Gemologist inspects every diamond and every piece of diamond jewelry prior to original shipment. Refunds or exchanges will only
be issued after all returned diamonds and diamond jewelry are inspected and the Gemologist determines that they are identical to what was originally shipped.
- If the merchandise is in its original condition, is unused, undamaged and is postmarked on or before 30 days from the date you received and signed for our original shipment, you will receive either a credit on your credit card or a check (Yahoo stores credit card information on their system for only 30 days) for the full amount (less shipping fees) of your original purchase. Please note that missing diamond certificates are subject to a $300.00 replacement fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for and you would like to make an exchange for something different, simply return your purchase to us utilizing the Return procedure mentioned above.
All exchanged merchandise will be subject to shipping fees and in repeated
exchange cases a 20% restocking fee. If you have any questions, please contact our
